Where to stay and what to do in Savannah, Georgia.

Two weekends a year, parasoles and pearls are the norm as New Yorkers gather on a small piece of land known as Governors Island for the official Jazz Age Lawn Party. Bonsai is a Japanese tradition that dates back to more than one thousand years ago. It is best described as an art of growing miniature trees within containers, to celebrate beauty and love of nature. Since trees can live for hundreds of years, for those who grow bonsai, it is a passion that continues to be passed down from generation to generation.
